If you or someone you know is looking for part-time/full-time employment, please apply at any of our program locations. Some key attributes we are seeking in a Direct Support Professional is to be caring, compassionate and have a willingness to help others achieve their goals.
Eligibility for employment:
High School Diploma or GED
Criminal History clear of any convictions
Free of Substantiated Recipient Rights Violations of Abuse Class 1, 2, 3 and Neglect 1
Valid Michigan Driver’s License, with a good driving record (no suspensions or restrictions)
No lifting restrictions
Good communication and writing skills/ attendance/ dependability/ flexibility/ and simple math skills
MORC/CMH/CLS training is preferred, but not required.
We provide all necessary training!
part-time and full- time benefits available after orientation period/90 days
Monday-Friday; Day Shift Only
No Weekends or Major Holidays
